Chamber Announces New Director of Customer Service (Hot Springs, AR) June 21, 2021 – The Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce announces the addition of Kevin Uribes to its staff. Uribes will fill the role of Director of Customer Service and is looking forward in assisting members with their needs. In this role Uribes will be the first person customers, investors, members, and volunteers see when they enter the Chamber. As Director of Customer Service, he will assist them with their needs as well as provide support to the management and staff team at the Chamber. “I am excited to be able start my professional career with the Greater Hot Springs Chamber,” Uribes said. “I am looking forward to working with the members of the Chamber and help them get the most out of their Chamber investment. I am also looking forward to contributing to the growth and success of the Greater Hot Springs business community.” “We are thrilled to welcome Kevin to our team,” said Ashley Thompson, Vice President. “Not only will he bring a fresh focus to customer relationship quality, but his communications degree will benefit all of our members.” Uribes is a 2015 graduate of Hot Springs High School and a 2021 graduate of Henderson State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Art in Business and Organizational Communications. A native of El Salvador, Uribes is bilingual in Spanish and English. He has a passion for business and wants to help the local business community thrive.
