Crystal Ridge Distillery Hires Mandy Way as Retail Manager Hot Springs, Arkansas – March 16th, 2021 – Crystal Ridge Distillery hires Mandy Way as Manager of On-Site Retail Sales. Way brings with her more than fifteen years of retail leadership and management experience in clothing and retail supervision. Ms. Way originally from Greenville Mississippi holds a B.S. degree from Delta State University in Cleveland Mississippi where she majored in Fashion Merchandising. After college Ms. Way opened her own Boutique in Greenville, MS called Bella Chix where she was named one of the top 10 business leaders in the Delta under 30. Although Ms. Way treasures her Delta roots, she has found her forever home in Hot Springs, where she has lived the last 6 years and has chosen to raise her 2 children Alana and Bailey.
